Does drinking dark beer really help increase breast milk?

Okay so I’ve been getting a lot of questions lately on how to increase breast milk production naturally so here are a few tips to increase breast milk naturally with some great supplements.

First of all, its the hops plant in beer that helps to increase breast milk. Hops can be used as a tea, raspberry leaves, stinging nettle, oat straw, and red clover blossoms, also a healthy blend of fenugreek, milk thistle, fennel seed, nettle herb can help as well. And of course, breastfeeding is of utmost importance to sustaining milk production.

Maintaining low-stress levels, a high caloric healthy diet, continuous breastfeeding, and proper supplementation (under a doctor’s supervision) can certainly help increase breast milk production. I have used a healthy blend of several of these to sustain my milk for my twins who are entirely on breast milk!!!!

It is recommended if alcohol was used by the nursing mother it is limited to no more than 0.5 grams of alcohol per kg. of body weight, which for a 132-pound woman (60 kg) would allow no more than 2 beers, 2 ounces of liquor or 8 ounces of wine per day.

So can drinking dark beer really help with increasing milk production? The jury says drinking non-alcoholic beer that has the hops plant is best.
